Some weak conditions for a lower semi-continuous function \(f\) (defined on \(\mathbb R^n\)) to be a convex function (or a~quasi-convex function, respectively) are presented. Also some connections between convex functions and strictly convex functions and some connections between quasi-convex functions and strictly quasi-convex functions (strongly quasi-convex functions, respectively) are investigated.
