Quantitative Whitney-type theorems (Q1588940)

A key point in the construction of an almost optimal decomposition for the coupled \((L_q, W^k_p)\) was the geometric covering theorem in which the parameter \(\alpha\) \((\alpha\)-capacity) was controlled. Here, the author gives a detailed proof of this theorem for negative \(\alpha\).
