The problem of determination of the constants of propagation of eigen-surface waves of a cylindric dielectric waveguide is considered. The appropriate boundary value problem is formulated. The equivalent system of integral equations is obtained, and several lemmata about the functions, from which the solutions of the system can be derived, are stated. The numerical method for solving the system, that invovles the Galerkin method, is described, and the theorem about its conergence is proved. The numerical experiments show high efficiency of the method.
