    It is considered the periodic functional-differential equation \[ \dot x(t)= P(t) x(h(t))+ f(t), \] where \(P(t)\), \(f(t)\) are \(T\)-periodic and \(h(t)= t-\Delta(t)\) with \(\Delta(t)\) being \(T\)-periodic. The existence of a periodic solution and its stability are studied.
