    The author studies an inverse dynamic problem where it is necessary to reconstruct controls and parameters from an incomplete information about current phase positions of the system by observation over informational sets. For solving this ill-posed problem the paper proposes dynamical positional algorithms. These processes have the property of physical realizability and can work in a real time way. Work of Tikhonov and Osipov are used. The paper does not contain numerical experiments.
