It is shown that under certain technical conditions on \(f\), every \(H^\infty(G)\)-invariant subspace \(M\) of the Bergman space \(L^p_a(G)\) containing \(f\) has the codimension-1 property; i.e., the quotient space \(M/zM\) is onedimensional.
