Using results of \textit{V. Voevodsky} on the \(2\)-adic K-theory of fields and their corollaries [\textit{J. Rognes} and \textit{C. Weibel}, J. Am. Math. Soc. 13, No. 1, 1-54 (2000; Zbl 0934.19001)] concerning the K-theory of integers, the author evaluates \(K_{*}(BGL{\mathbb{Z}}; {\mathbb{Z}}_{2})\) as a completed tensor product of the K-theory of \(BBSO\) and of the ``image of J'' space.
