Hyperfinite representation of distributions (Q1592948)

The authors investigate the hyperfinite representation of distributions following the nonstandard theory of distributions developed in [\textit{R. F. Hoskins} and \textit{J. Sousa Pinto}, Port. Math. 48, 195-216 (1991; Zbl 0765.46060)]. They give a different approach to the method introduced by \textit{M. Kinoshita} [Osaka J. Math. 25, 805-824 (1988; Zbl 0724.46040)] and [Osaka J. Math. 27, 843-861 (1990; Zbl 0752.46022)]. Products and Fourier transforms of representatives of distributions are also analysed.
