The author shows how algorithmic logical operations (called R-transducers) on input binary representations of real numbers can be used to generate a fractal set. This paper is a continuation of previous papers of the same author on various types of transducers and their relationships to fractal curves [see, e.g., \textit{L. P. Lisovik}, Cybern. Syst. Anal. 30, No. 3, 323-330 (1994; Zbl 0868.28004)].
