Optimal digital stabilization of continuous objects with neutral poles (Q1593879)

This paper studies the optimal digital stabilization for impulse-continuous systems whose transfer functions have neutral poles. The author proposes a procedure for applying the parametric transfer function method to the case when the transfer function has neutral poles. The proposed technique provides additional information on the properties of the solution in the general case, and reveals a number of non-obvious reductions within the intermediate computations.
