This paper is concerned with a mixed problem for the equation \(Au_t+Bu=f(x,t)\), where \(A\) and \(B\) are elliptic-parabolic operators, but the sum \(A+B\) is not necessarily an elliptic operator. Main goal of this paper is to prove the existence and the uniqueness of the so-called regular solution under some special conditions on the boundary and principal parts of operators \(A\) and \(B\).
