Series of nonlinear power moments and time-optimal control (Q1594371)

The authors provide a complete description of the class of nonlinear control systems of the form \(x' =a(t,x) +ub(t,x); ~x\in R^n, ~u\in R, ~|u|\leq 1, ~x(0)=s, ~x(\theta)=0, ~\theta \rightarrow \min\), which is locally equivalent to the time optimal control problem for a linear system of the form \(z'=A(t)z+ub(t)\). To this end, they reduce the desired equivalence to the equivalence of the corresponding power moments problems.
