The optimal solution to the balancing problem for multiclass closed queuing networks with processor sharing, FCFS or LCFS service disciplines are given. More exactly, some proposals are announced where necessary and sufficient conditions for the network capacity to be maximal are presented. Monotonicity and convexity of some auxiliary functions (inversely proportional to the mean traffic for each class) are widely applied.
