It is well known that the Dirichlet problem for systems elliptic in the sense of Petrovsky that do not satisfy the strong ellipticity condition for systems of partial differential equations can fail to be correct. The goal of this paper is to study the influence, of a skew-symmetric component of a system elliptic in the sense of Petrovsky on the correctness of the Dirichlet problem in a ball.
