In the paper, being a continuation of \textit{F. A. Gadzhiev} and \textit{A. M. Rubinov} [Sov. Math., Dokl. 44, No. 3, 757-761 (1992); translation from Dokl. Akad. Nauk SSSR 321, No. 4, 660-663 (1991; Zbl 0802.90015)], an economy model is studied, where the relation between production and consumption is described by a mapping with a closed convex graph. The notions of equilibrium and equilibrium with transferable costs (as well as their weak versions), associated with the model, are defined. The main result specifies conditions sufficient for the existence of a weak equilibrium with transferable costs.
