A formula of the minorant of some Lyapunov exponent (Q1596146)

For given \(n\in \mathbb{N}\) the set \({\mathcal M}_n\) of linear systems of the form \[ \dot x = A(t)x,\quad x\in \mathbb{R}^n,\tag{1} \] is considered, where \(A: \mathbb{R}^+\to \text{End} \mathbb{R}^n\) is a bounded piece-wise continuous operator function. The author establishes a formula for calculating the maximal lower semicontinuous (in uniform topology) minorant of the intermediate Lyapunov exponents of system (1). The investigations are the continuation of the work by the author [see Differ. Uravn. 29, No. 11, 2016-2017 (1993)].
