The author discusses the problem of mathematical modelling of the earth creeps because of rain. The proposed model consists of the system of three differential first order equations with boundary conditions. In terms of solution of this system the formulas are obtained which determine the velocity of the media particles in the layers and the mass flow of the earth creep.
