The paper presents the constructions of the Borel measures prescribed on the spaces of surfaces and curves in finite dimensional linear spaces which are quasi-invariant with respect to the action of groups of diffeomorphisms of linear spaces. The measures determined by the author are employed in the geometric quantification and construction of the vortex representation [see \textit{G.~A.~Goldin}, Acta. Phys. Pol. B. 27, No 10, 2341-2355 (1996; MR 98g:81099)].
