From author's summary: The author studies nonstationary angular motion of a high-speed object of spatial aerodynamical form free flying in the presence of dynamic asymmetry and linear aerodynamical effects. The main attention is paid to the investigation of equilibrium states and their dependence on governing parameters. For small angles of attack and sliding, and for small angular velocities, the author constructs a simplified dynamical model.
