The authors address the following questions and answers: how to reduce the error when the singularities are placed very close to the boundary or very far from it. A method of implementation is also studied using the Dirichlet problem for Laplace equation in a disk. Finally, a set of numerical experiments is performed and it is also shown that the results are quite satisfactory. It is an interesting paper to study.
