The author studies a model for an irreversible time evolution of \(n\) spins interacting with a bosonic field introduced in [\textit{G. Alli} and \textit{G. Sewell}, J. Math. Phys. 36, 5598--5626 (1995; Zbl 0846.60101)] with the methods from \textit{A. M. Chebotarev} and \textit{F. Fagnola} [J. Funct. Anal. 153, 382--404 (1998; Zbl 0914.47040)]. More precisely, it is proved that the generator of the time evolution fulfills the nonexplosion condition and, therefore, there is a unique solution of the associated (quantum) Chapman-Kolmogorov equation, namely, the minimal CP-semigroup.
