A fully discrete numerical scheme for the treatment of weighted mean curvature flow problems is proposed and its convergence properties are analyzed in detail. To avoid nonlinear subproblems nonlinearities occurring at fixed time levels are handled by frozen coefficient type schemes. Stability as well as consistency properties are proven. Numerical tests illustrate the obtained analytical results.
