An \(L^2\)-estimate on the compatibility of almost complex and \(\text{spin}^c\)-Dirac quantization on a symplectic fibration with quantization along the fibres is obtained. The paper follows the theory of \textit{D. Borthwick} and \textit{A. Uribe} [Math. Res. Lett. 3, No. 6, 845-861 (1996; Zbl 0872.58030)]\ and \textit{V. Guillemin} and \textit{A. Uribe} [Asymptotic Anal. 1, No. 2, 105-113 (1988; Zbl 0649.53026)].
