This paper considers sandwich semigroups \(BG(R)\), where \(BG\) is the Boolean group algebra of a group \(G\) over \(\{0,1\}\), \(R\in BG\) and \(BG(R)\) is \(BG\) with modified multiplication \(aRb\). This paper determines Green's relations, idempotents, regular elements, and maximal subgroups in \(BG(R)\).
