The paper deals with nonlinear controlled systems depending on a parameter. Sufficient conditions for preservation or loss of the controllability under change of the parameter in the assumption that the system is controllable for a certain value of the parameter are obtained. The problem is considered in the general case when the system of linear approximation may be not completely controllable or does not exist.
