The aim of the present paper is to construct the adjoint of the operator corresponding to the equation \[ \varphi(x)-\mu\cdot\int_a k(x,y)\cdot \varphi(y) dy-\mu \sum^n_{k=1} F_k(x)\varphi (x_k)=f(x), \quad x\in[a,b], \] and to derive solvability conditions for the equation with characteristic values of \(\mu\), and to estimate these values.
