Spherical functions play an important role in harmonic analysis and they satisfy hypergeometric systems. A lot of work has been done on the generalization of spherical functions, in particular, on hypergeometric functions, which are solutions of hypergeometric systems. In this paper, new solutions of the hypergeometric systems on ordered symmetric spaces are obtained, and their basic properties such as analytic continuation and boundary values are studied.
