Recently, \textit{I. B. Jung}, \textit{Y. C. Kim} and \textit{H. M. Srivastava} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 176, No. 1, 138-147 (1993; Zbl 0774.30008)] considered a certain one-parameter family of integral operators which are related rather closely to the Eulerian beta transformation. In the paper under review, the author makes use of these operators in order to define two interesting classes of nonnalized analytic functions in the open unit disk. He then derives many properties and characteristics of each of these classes. One of his results provides an inclusion property involving the familiar generalization of the Bernardi-Libera-Livingston integral operator.
