From authors' summary: We present exact estimates of the convergence rate of iterative methods with splitting of boundary conditions both on individual harmonics and globally for a singularly perturbed Stokes-type system. A new fast converging modification of the second iterative process with incomplete splitting is proposed, and a finite element implementation of this second process is discussed.
