The authors are concerned with so-called co-complementarity problems in Banach spaces and present an iterative projection method for solving a generalized co-complementarity problem (GCCP) approximately. Eight examples for GCCP are shortly named. After some characterization of the exact solutions to GCCP, the convergence of the iterative method is shown.
