This paper is full of chaos. It is even difficult to say what is it about. Minimal Riemannian manifolds (without ambient space) seem to be considered (Def. 9 and Thm. 1, p. 1032). Some statements (Thm. 5, p. 1034) seem to be true but meaningless (for the reviewer at least). Figures do not help too much to understand the authors' ideas. How could it be accepted for publication?
