In the framework discussed in this paper, rationalizibility is defined as follows. The choices of sets of possible outcomes that are induced by the choices from menus leading to these sets of consequences are rationalizable if there exists a relation \(R\) such that the chosen sets of possible outcomes are the best elements among the feasible sets. By some additional restrictions the main results provide necessary and sufficient conditions for the rationalizability of choices under uncertainty about consequences.
