Various kinds of convergence of sums \(\sum_{j=1}^{k_n}a_{nj}X_{nj}\) are investigated, where \((a_{nj})\) is an array of constants and \((X_{nj})\) is an array of random elements in a real separable Banach space \(\mathcal{X}.\) As an application conditions for strong consistency of the bootstrap mean of random elements in \(\mathcal{X}\) are established.
