The system of all congruence lattices of all algebras with the same base set \(A\) forms a lattice \(E(A)\). The authors investigate meet-irreducible elements of this lattice. They prove necessary and sufficient conditions under which a congruence lattice \(\mathrm{Con}(A,f)\) of a monounary algebra \((A,f)\) is the meet-irreducible element of \(E(A)\).
