A space is cellular-Lindelöf if for every family of pairwise disjoint non-empty open subsets there is a Lindelöf subspace meeting each member of the family. Some preservation properties of cellular-Lindelöfness are presented. Conditions guaranteeing that cellular-Lindelöf spaces are Lindelöf, for example paracompact or monotonically normal \(W\)-spaces, are presented.
