This paper can be divided into two parts: In the first part, authors provide necessary optimality conditions associated to an impulse control problem. Such conditions are obtained through the use of the maximum principle method by using also what authors call as ``Frobenius conditions''. As for the second part of the paper, authors study a related problem when the impulse control model contains certain twice differenciable data. Similar necessary conditions are deducted for this new case, in particular, these conditions turn out to be of second order. The paper is rigorous and the proofs are given with details.
