The classical Hartman-Grobman theorem is extensively studied for differential equations in different directions. However, none of these papers focused on systems with unbounded nonlinear terms. This paper gives a new version of the Hartman-Grobman theorem for autonomous impulsive systems when the nonlinear term is unbounded.
