The authors present the derivation procedure (and its result written in an explicit matrix form) for the Baker-Akhiezer function in the case of the Maxwell-Bloch Equations. In addition, the finite-gap solution to the Maxwell-Bloch equations associated with an appropriate matrix is given as well. The method of constructing operates with Cauchy's and hyperelliptic integrals.
