In this paper, the authors study the Ericksen-Leslie equations in abounded domain with the general Leslie stress and isotropic Ericksen stress tensor in the case of a non-isothernal and incompressible fluid. By making use of the maximal \(L_p\)-regularity on quasilinear parabolic evolution equations, the authors proved the local strongly well-posedness in the \(L_p\)-setting, the global well-posedness in the \(L_p\)-setting under the assumption that the initial data are close to an equilibrium or the solution is eventually bounded, stability and longtime behavior for the general Ericksen-Leslie equations with Neumann boundary condition for d. It should be noticed that they don't need any structural assumptions and Parodi's relation on the Leslie coefficients.
