The paper is the second part of a paper devoted to the Gregorian calendar reform. In the first part [ibid. 72, No. 2, 45--61 (2017; Zbl 1375.01011)], the authors described the reform. In the present part, a formula of calculating the date of Easter is developed and justified. Both parts of the paper are an extended version of a lecture held by the authors in November 2016 at ETH in Zurich, Switzerland.
