The objective of this paper is to investigate the perturbation problem for irregular Weyl-Heisenberg wave packet frames in \(L^2(R)\) or Paley-Wiener space. The authors present five theorems giving conditions for perturbations of the translation, dilation or modulation parameters to yield a Weyl-Heisenberg wave packet frame. In some of these results frame bound estimates are also given.
