Overpartition function modulo powers of 2 (Q1688187)

The first Ramanujan-type congruences modulo power of \(2\) for the overpartition function \(\overline{p}(n)\) was founded by \textit{J. F. Fortin} et al. [Ramanujan J. 10, No. 2, 215--235 (2005; Zbl 1079.05003)]. Recently, congruences modulo powers of \(2\) for \(\overline{p}(n)\) were widely studied. In this paper, the authors provide new infinite families of congruences modulo \(2^5\), \(2^6\) or \(2^8\) for \(\overline{p}(n)\).
