The author studies properties of affine-triangular subgroups in \(n\)-dimensional Cremona group \(\mathcal{C}_n\). More exactly, the solvability, connectedness, closedness, and the maximality of the affine-triangular subgroups are proved. The main result of the paper states that the affine-triangular subgroups of \(\mathcal{C}_n\) are the Borel subgroups of \(\mathcal{C}_n\).
