Filling the gap in the table of smallest regulators up to degree 7 (Q1710772)

Three years ago, \textit{S. Astudillo} et al. [J. Number Theory 167, 232--258 (2016; Zbl 1415.11158)] obtained sharp lower bounds for the regulators of number fields of degree up to seven, but their results excluded number fields of degree seven with five real places. In the paper under review, the authors extend a result of \textit{M. Pohst} [J. Number Theory 9, 459--492 (1977; Zbl 0366.12011)] and this allowed them to obtain sharp lower bounds for the regulators of fields of degree seven with exactly five real embeddings.
