The present paper deals with the study of submanifolds especially, totally umbilical submanifolds of generalized $(k,\mu)$-space-forms. This study is based on relations on the curvature tensor for these manifolds. Also some explicit examples are shown.\par The authors proved that every totally umbilical submanifold of a generalized $(k,\mu)$-space-form is a pseudo quasi-Einstein manifold.
