Summary: This paper has two parts. The first one provides the preliminary notions introducing certain general concepts, in order to study, in the second part, the properties of some operator systems which admit spectral residual decompositions, \(S\)-decomposable, \(S\)-spectral, and \(A_S\)-scalar systems, and so forth. The results obtained by \textit{S. Frunza} [Stud. Cercet. Mat. 27, 655--711 (1975; Zbl 0324.47021); J. Funct. Anal. 19, 390--421 (1975; Zbl 0306.47013)], are generalized, taking the results of \textit{C. Foiaş} [Arch. Math. 14, 341--349 (1963; Zbl 0176.43802)], as a model and adopting them.
