Summary: The class \(\mathcal U(\lambda,\mu)\) of normalized analytic functions that satisfy \(|(z/f(z))^{1+\mu}\cdot f'(z)-1|<\lambda\) for all \(z\) in the open unit disk is studied and sufficient conditions for an \(\alpha\)-convex function to be in \(\mathcal U(\lambda,\mu)\) are given.
