Based on the Bohl-Perron theorem together with a priori estimations of solutions, the authors establish explicit tests for stability of second-order linear neutral delay differential equations. The obtained results are meaningful because there exist a well-developed stability theory for first-order neutral differential equations but only a few results for second-order ones.
