The main result is this work consists of the proof of the existence of exists a unique mild solution for the kinetic equation containing the collision term, which takes into account rotational and vibrational molecular motions. This consideration is motivated by studying mathematical formalism mimicking motions of polyatomic gaseous systems. It is shown also that the conservation laws for mass, momentum and energy hold for such system as well as Boltzmann's H-theorem.
