Similar to some preceding papers, for example [\textit{A. N. Makokha}, Sov. Math. 30, No. 8, 52--59 (1986; Zbl 0614.53010)], the article investigates a linear complex of planes of type $B_3$ associated to a trivector of type (884; 400) in the sense of [\textit{M. I. Gurevich}, Prikl. Mat. Mekh. 10, 513--520 (1946; Zbl 0063.01820]. In particular, the article proves a sufficient and necessary geometric construction for these planes.
